Purchasing (Procurement) Executive

Job Location: Ipoh, Perak

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers, products and services, negotiating the best deal for the company – the highest quality product available for the lowest price while meeting company’s operational requirements, client expectations and industry regulations.
  • Preparing proposals for the procurement of new / alternative goods and services
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and standard procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carrying out audit assignments and reporting to the Internal Auditor

Warehouse Executive

Job Location: Selangor

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for organize the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space and managing the daily warehouse activities
  • Interact with the transporter and third-party transporter for transport arrangement
  • Responsible for inventory management include inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other inventory matter
  • Monitor warehouse staffs to perform stock count by daily physical counts and corrective actions taken to rectify the errors on a timely basis

Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting Trade Marketing Manager in his day to day management and operational work
  • Coordinates and supports the business planning process and related decision support systems (ie budget planning, Qlikview, DMS etc)
  • Perform business benchmarking analysis and recommend action to support team (ie P&L)
  • Preparation of various deliverables to support consolidated financial reporting needs and deadlines, including analytics commentary and preparation of supplementary financial analysis for management and other stakeholders
  • Provide monthly financial forecast and identify risk and opportunities to ensure company objectives are achieved
  • Evaluate brand/product and channel profitability
  • Review and evaluate NPD and Promotional Investments
  • Support and provide feasibility and analysis on new programs, projects or joint ventures
  • Evaluate, monitor and control sales and marketing investments
  • Reporting of actual financial results for the industrial department (ie operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and facilities)
  • Cost research, analysis, simulations and return on investment for all aspect of stocks and investment (ie capex, manpower etc)
  • Ad-hoc work including investment analysis to support operational decisions, potential business opportunities via excess capacity, activity based costing etc
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years and above working experience in trade marketing/product development/Sales preferably in FMCG industries
  • Disciplined in execution and follow up of campaigns
  • Strong in Microsoft Office(PPT & Excel)
  • Strong in analytical skill
  • Attention to details and good with numbers
  • Pro-active
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
