PROCESSES
-
Drying
Fermented teas are transferred to drying machines (ovens) which will then remove the moisture and arrest fermentation. -
A Healthier Choice For A Healthier You
The tea is naturally rich in flavour without any added colouring. -
Harvesting
The tea leaves and buds are selectively harvested by using shears or mechanised cutters by tea harvesters. -
Withering
Conditioned air flow through and around the tea leaves to absorb the moisture content of the leaves. -
Rolling
Withered tea leaves are then passed through the machines which twist and squeeze the juices out of the leaves.
