Manage all online e-commerce stores
- E-commerce seller centre management on product listing, pricing, promotion, photos, and inventory
- Maintain good relationship with EC platform Key Account Manager from Lazada and Shopee
- Liaise with designer team to discuss about the product pack shot and campaign banners
- Actively plan for campaigns and promotions
- Handling customer inquiries via social media
- Maintain good relationships and follow up with customers
- Plan, shoot and editing video for TikTok platform
- Reply and update customer regarding order and delivery status
- Develop strategies in increasing sales and growth of revenues
- Do for weekly payment
- Assist HOD on other job duties
- Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada platform is an added advantage
- Good communication & a team player
- Willing to learn more
- Basic shooting & editing video
- Able to work independently and as a team to achieve sales target
- Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in e-commerce related field
- Previous experience in FMCG is a plus

- Sekurang-kurangnya tahu asas kemahiran penyelenggaraan kenderaan
- Mempunyai rekod memandu yang bersih (Tiada saman atau perlanggaran undang-undang trafik sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun yang lalu)
- Fisikal yang kuat dan tidak mempunyai penyakit kronik (seperti penyakit tiga serangkai)
